FAQ Day Outings
How do I make reservations?
There are two ways that you can make reservations! Via email
hunter@cornerstoneproductions.org or by calling our 24/7 toll free
number (888) 838-2906. If you get our voice mail please leave us
your name and phone number and we'll get back to you fast.
Available dates
A list of our show dates is posted on this website under Show Dates and Outings.
Please note that shows sometimes sell out so quickly that our website can not be
updated fast enough. We also often add additional shows to handle overflow demand...
so please call us toll free (888) 838-2906 or email us at
hunter@cornerstoneproductions.org to make sure your date is still available before
you hire a bus.
What is the deposit policy?
We require a refundable $200 deposit to reserve your seats. This deposit is fully refundable up until 30 days before the performance date.
The deposit is credited towards your final payment.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks, corporate checks, money orders, American
Express, Discover, VISA, MasterCard and PayPal.
How are seats assigned?
Seating is assigned based upon when we receive your deposit, not
when you contact us. The sooner you get us your deposit the closer
your group will be to the stage. Often groups who make reservations
early and then send their deposit close to the show date find
themselves in the rear of the auditorium.
How many seats do you hold for each group?
We hold 57 seats for every reservation made. (The maximum number of
people that can fit on the largest motorcoach to date) You are not
responsible for 57 seats. Please contact us if your group grows
beyond 57 people. See below for additional head count information.
When are the head counts and payment due?
About 30 days before your show date you will receive via US Mail a
ticket request form and a self addressed stamped envelope for your
check. We ask that final payment be made at this time. If the number
in your group increases after you make your payment we will send you
an invoice for the balance.
What if my head count changes after I make my final payment?
You can make changes up or down in the size of your group until
three (3) days before the show.
What if my group grows and I need a second bus?
If your group grows into a second bus you will need to contact us
ASAP! Each bus gets its own tour number. If your group expands into
a second bus we will have to issue you another tour number for bus
#2.
If my group grows and we require a second bus will we sit
together?
YES you will. Both your groups will be assigned seating based upon
when we received your deposit.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Individual refunds will be made up until three (3) days before your
show date. Your Group's deposit is non-refundable 30 days before the date of
your show. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after
three (3) days before the show date. In the event of inclement
weather refunds will only be issued if the state closes down the
highways.
What time are the shows?
Each venue that we perform at has its own show time; however all of
our performances are matinees... We also, on occasion, have morning
shows to handle the overflow. Once again your best course of action
is to call toll free (888) 838-2906 or email us at
hunter@cornerstoneproductions.org so we can get you the most
comprehensive information and make sure that the performance of your
choice is available.
Are your playhouses handicapped accessible?
YES... All of our venues are accessible for those individuals
with disabilities; however, some of our playhouses do have stairs.
If you have individuals with special needs please make sure that you
include this information when you make your final payment.
Can you help me make flyers to get the word out?
We sure can! Click on the Create Flyer tab.
You can download pictures/graphics and text that you can cut and
paste into any program. If you need assistance with this feature
just give us a call and we'll walk you through the process!
